The Britton School of Performing Arts (BSPA) was founded in 2012 by leading West End performer, Lynsey Britton, and is one of the most highly regarded Dance, Drama and Singing schools in Hertfordshire.
Our friendly and professional school offers expert training to students, aged from three years to Adult, in a variety of classes including ISTD Ballet, Tap and Modern, Street, Commercial, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Acro, Musical Theatre, Drama and Private Singing lessons.
BSPA students were All England Dance National Final medallists in 2019, 2022 and 2024 as well as medallists at the Dance World Cup Final in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Students at the school were thrilled to win three awards at the prestigious Dance School Awards in September 2024. Alumni have gone on to study at prestigious colleges, including Arts Educational, Bird College, Urdang Academy, London Studio Centre, Guilford School of Acting, Performers College and Addict Dance Academy.
In January 2025, BSPA will be moving to our very own premises in Works Road, Letchworth! This new chapter marks a huge milestone for BSPA, providing us with three purpose built studios and additional space for our ever-growing BSPA family.
